About Jesse Iamarino, the Founder
Jesse Iamarino grew up in the great state of Michigan and has attended Catholic schools his whole life. He is currently a student at Franciscan University of Stuebenville, studying Theology and Catechetics. After attending a Steubenville Youth Conference in 2015, Jesse decided he wanted to live his life, not for himself, but for the Lord. Throughout high school he discerned the priesthood while being active in his youth group and campus ministry at Lansing Catholic High School. In the summer after his freshman year, he attended Franciscan LEAD as well as his diocesan youth leadership camp. Later that summer, he joined the teen leadership team for his parish youth group, in which Jesse developed a heart and passion for ministry.

Jesse was on the teen leadership team at his parish for the rest of high school, as well as assisting in leading multiple retreats at his high school and parish. He was selected to be on the planning team for the Diocese of Lansing High School Youth Conference which took place in his Junior year. It was here that he gave a witness in front of thousands of teens that he felt the call to a life in ministry and speaking. Later that year he was selected to be on the leadership team of the Diocese Youth Leadership Camp which he had attended three years prior.

Upon arriving at Franciscan, Jesse joined SENT Ministries, a retreat ministry serving parishes in need of retreats throughout the year. Jesse has been apart of SENT Ministries every semester thus far, including a semester as a Core Team member, leading a team in planning a confirmation retreat. He will be one of the SENT Ministry leads during his semester abroad in Austria. He is currently a student worker at the Catechetical Institute at Franciscan University.

Jesse is available to speak in person and online, as well as writing articles, doing takeovers, and guest features on social media. For inquires, contact him at calledtobebroken@gmail.com
